摘  要:提出了一种新型干式蒸发器,制冷剂以一定流速在蒸发器的壳程流动,所生成的汽泡不能自由上浮,而是与液体混在一起,形成汽液二相流继续向前流动。以实验的形式对其壳侧传热和流阻性能进行了研究,并拟合得到相应Re下的相关准则关系式。研究结果表明:此干式蒸发器传热效果良好、压降较低,与理论研究效果一致,具有一定的工业应用价值。A new dry-type evaporator was proposed. The refrigerant flowed in the evaporator shell side with a certain flow rate. The bubble generated could not freely float, but mixed with the liquid to form the vapor-liquid two-phase flow, and continue to flow forward. The characteristics of shell side heat transfer and flow resistance of the dry evaporator with internal heat source were studied, which fitted the relevant criteria relationship under the corresponding Re. The results indicate that the dry evaporator has good effects of heat transfer and lower pressure drop, which agrees well with the theoretical study, and is worth in industrial application.
