摘  要:目的:观察滋肾健脾化瘀片联合532激光治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)的临床疗效。方法:将40例(40眼)DME患者随机分为光凝组20例(20眼)和联合组20例(20眼),光凝组采用单纯激光治疗,联合组采用中药联合激光治疗,2组疗程均为30天,观察2组治疗后2月末及4月末的近期及远期疗效。结果:2月末联合组的总有效率为100%,光凝组的总有效率为70.0%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。4月末联合组的总有效率为90.0%,光凝组的总有效率为60.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾健脾化瘀片联合532激光治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿近期及远期疗效肯定,优于单纯激光治疗。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Zishen ]ianpi Huayu tablets combined with 532 laser therapy for diabetic macular edema (DME). Methods: A total of 40 patients (involving 40 eyes) with diabetic macular edema were randomized into laser photocoagulation group (20 cases involving 20 eyes) and combination group (20 cases involving 20 eyes, treated with Chinese medicine plus laser photocoagulation). Both groups were treated for 30 days. The short-term therapeutic effect was observed 2 months after treatment and long-term therapeutic effect was evaluated 4 months after treatment. Results: The total short-term effective rate was 100% in the combination group and was 70.0% in the laser photocoagulation group, the difference being significant(P〈0.01). And the total long-term effective rate was 90.0% in the combination group and was 60.0% in the laser photocoagulation group, the difference being significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Zishen Jianpi ttuayu tablets combined with 532 laser therapy is effective for the treatment of DME, and the short-term and long-term effect is better than laser photocoagulation alone.
