摘　　要：云计算代表当今全球互联网技术和应用的最新趋势,它不仅将改变人们获取、组织、传播和开发信息的方式,推动全球信息产业和网络经济的新一轮发展,同时也将从深层次重塑全球信息资源控制与竞争的格局,给各国经济、政治、文化的持续、稳定发展带来机遇与挑战。从云计算的起源、定义和特征入手,揭示云计算下国家信息资源管理模式的嬗变和云计算信息安全机理,探索云计算信息安全的总体发展趋势,并以此为理论指导,结合全球各主要国家云计算产业发展和信息安全的现况提出我国云计算信息安全的相关对策。Cloud computing represents the latest trends of todayg global internet technology and applications. It will not only change the way people acquire, organize, disseminate and develop the information, but also promote a new round of de- velopment of the global network economy and information industry. And at the same time, it will reshape the deeper land- scape of global information resource control and competition, and bring the opportunities and challenges for the sustained and stable development of economy, politics and culture in each country. This paper starts from the analysis of the origin, definition and characteristics of cloud computing, then, reveals the evolution of state information resource management mod- el and the mechanism of information security in the cloud. After that, the paper explores the overall trends in information security in cloud computing. And under the above theoretical guidance, combined with the global major countries＇ cloud computing industry and the current status of information security, the paper proposes related strategies for China information security in cloud computing.
