结构洞视野下科技中介机构在创新网络中的作用

摘　　要：从结构洞理论的视角来看,科技中介机构在创新网络中的作用主要表现在填补创新网络的结构洞,克服创新网络的结构性缺陷;搭建创新主体之间的桥梁,促进创新资源的优化配置;发挥信息与控制优势,提高创新效率,降低创新风险;规范和引导创新行为,推动创新发展。同时,科技中介机构也存在可能导致信息壁垒、不公平竞争,进而给创新带来消极影响的负功能。From the perspective of structural holes theory, the function of scientific and technical intermediary organization mainly displays in the following respects： filling the innovation network structural holes to overcome its structural defects, building a bridge between innovation main body to promote the optimal allocation of resources, playing the advantages of in- formation and control to improve innovation efficiency, reducing the innovation risk, standardizing and guiding the innovation behavior to drive innovation development. Moreover, it may also leads to information barrier and unfair competition, then brings negative effect on innovation.
