西宁市1～10岁手足口病病例发病因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨西宁市手足口病的传播模式以及主要危险因素,为防控手足口病提供科学依据。方法对西宁市1～10岁302例手足口病病例及604例健康对照进行调查。对数据先进行单因素Logistic回归分析。再对有统计学意义的因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。P﹤0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果单因素分析显示是否为流动人口、看护人职业、看护人学历、既往是否患非传染病、洗手习惯、共用水杯、是否有咬玩具的习惯、是否有咬手指习惯、家庭是否勤换床单、家庭是否消毒、居住地附近是否有公厕是手足口病独立危险因素。多因素分析显示流动人口、有咬玩具的习惯、家庭未做到定期换晒被褥与家庭不进行预防性消毒是危险因素。结论影响西宁市1～10岁儿童手足口病发病因素众多,良好的生活环境和个人卫生习惯以及开展科学规范的消毒是遏制手足口病发生、流行的关键所在。OBJECTIVE To investigate the mode of transmission in hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD） and the main risk factors in Xining. Then to provide the scientific basis in prevention and control of HFMD. METHODS Selected 302 HFMD cases that the age at 1-10 age group children and 604 healthy controls matching with the cases. The single-factor logistic re- gression analysis was conducted to analyze the data. Then made multivariate logistic regression analysis. It defined P 〈 0.05 as significant difference. RESULTS Single-factor analysis showed that the independent risk factors were the floating population, caregivers professional, caregivers＇ degree, suffered the non-infective disease before, hand washing habit, sharing drinking glasses, habit of biting toys and fingers, the family whether changed sheets frequently, disinfection, and whether there was a toilet near the house. Multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors were the floating population, the habit of biting toys, the family did not change and dried sheets in the sun regularly, and the family did not have protective disinfection. CON- CLUSION There are many factors affecting the HFMD in 1-10 years children in Xining. Good living environment and per- sonal hygiene habits as well as carrying out the scientific, standard disinfection are the key factors of controlling the occur- rence and epidemic of HFMD.
