江苏省2011年性病门诊男性就诊者梅毒患病率及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省2011年性病门诊男性就诊者梅毒、艾滋病感染状况,分析梅毒感染的影响因素。方法根据全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册的要求,汇总江苏省2011年性病门诊男性就诊者哨点监测数据进行分析。结果 8066名性病门诊男性就诊者平均年龄(35.55±10.94)岁,已婚者为76.72%,艾滋病知识知晓率84.73%。近3个月发生过商业性异性性行为的比例为45.97%,近3个月发生过临时性行为的比例28.89%。性病门诊男性就诊者接受干预服务情况覆盖率较低。梅毒多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,高年龄(OR=2.25)、外省户籍(OR=1.49)、最近3个月内发生商业性异性性行为(OR=1.21)是江苏省性病门诊男性就诊者感染梅毒的主要危险因素;最近1年接受过安全套宣传和发放/艾滋病咨询与检测是梅毒感染的保护因素。结论年龄、户籍、商业性异性性行为与江苏省性病门诊男性就诊者梅毒的发生有关。扩大干预覆盖率有利于在该人群中控制梅毒的发生。OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence of syphilis and HIV among male visitors to sexually transmitted disease clinics （male STDs） in Jiangsu Province and analyze the risk factors on syphilis infection. METHODS Data were col- lected and analyzed from 2011 national sentinel surveillance system. RESULTS In 8 066 male STDs, the average age was 35.55 ＋ 10.94 years, 76.72% were married, the rate on the awareness of AIDS knowledge was 84.73%. The rates of having commercial sexual contacts and casual sexual contacts in the last three months were 45.97% and 28.89% respectively. The coverage of intervention on male STD in Jiangsu was low. The multivariate logistic analysis of syphilis infection revealed that older age （OR = 2.25）, resident from other provinces （OR = 1.49） and having commercial sexual contacts （OR = 1.21） were risk factors of syphilis infection. While AIDS awareness education or issuing of condoms was protective factor of syphilis infection. CONCLUSION Age, household registration, having commercial sexual contacts are associated with syphilis infection. Expanding the coverage of interventions is benefit to syphilis control in male STDs.
