摘  要:目的了解海口市学校生活饮用水卫生状况,为加强监督管理,保障师生饮水卫生安全,防止介水性传染病的暴发流行提供科学依据。方法在该市范围内随机抽查60所学校,进行现场卫生学调查和水质检测,每所学校抽取一份末梢水,并对其结果进行分析。结果海口市60所学校饮用水水质合格率仅达61.7%(37/60),超标项目集中在细菌学指标、浑浊度、铁和锰,超标率最高为二次供水分别为36.4%、21.2%、27.3%、21.2%;其次为自建设施供水,分别为26.7%、13.3%、20.0%、13.3%;最低为市政集中式供水,分别为8.3%、8.3%、16.7%、8.3%。结论海口市60所学校生活饮用水水质存在安全隐患,特别是二次供水生物性污染较严重;大、中专院校水质状况明显好于中、小学院校。OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of domestic drinking water hygiene in schools in Haikou, and to provide scientific bases for strengthening supervision and management of drinking water for teachers and students, to prevent out- break and epidemic of water-borne infectious disease. METHODS Randomly selected 60 schools, carried on the investiga- tion about spot environmental hygiene and examined water quality, selected one sample of tip water in each school, and made summary and analysis. RESULTS The qualified rate of drinking water in 60 schools only reached 61.7% (37/60) in Haikou city, and the exceeding projects concentrated on bacterium targets, turbidity, iron and manganese. The highest rate of exceeding the allowed figure was the second water supply, which was 36.4%, 21.2%, 27.3%, 21.2% respectively; the second was self-constructing facility water supply, which was 26.7%, 13.3%, 20.0%, 13.3%; respectively; the lowest one was municipal administration central water supply, which was 8.3%, 8.3%, 16.7%, 8.3% respectively. CONCLUSION There is hidden danger in pollution which lies in the quality of domestic drinking water in 60 schools in Haikou, especially biological contamination problems of the second water supply. The water quality conditions in specialized middle schools and under-graduate colleges and universities are better than in middle schools and primary schools obviously.
