摘　　要：公共财政在促进贫困地区脱贫致富和经济社会发展方面发挥了重要作用。近年来,学术界围绕公共财政的概念特征、公共财政均等化、公共财政的转移支付、公共财政对教育、社保、医疗等领域的影响、加大公共财政对贫困地区的扶持力度等方面加强研究,提出了不少真知灼见。Public finance has played an important role in the promotion of getting rid of poverty and the social and economic development in impoverished areas. In recent years, the academic circle strengthens the research on increasing public financial support to impoverished areas, and puts forward a lot of high perspicacity around the concept of public finance, public finance equalization and transfer payment, and public financial contribution to education, social security, medical and other fields.
