摘　　要：重庆创新形成的加工贸易垂直整合模式具有"整机+配套"、"生产+研发"、"加工+结算"、"基地+总部"、"笔电+相关"和"制造+服务"等显著特点,并具有六方面的创新,即垂直整合——组织模式的创新、构建国际贸易物流大通道——对外开放前沿的创新、"一次报关、一次申请、一次验放"——保税监管与通关模式创新、发展贸易结算与离岸金融——金融创新、"五低"成本发展环境——为企业服务的理念创新、以人为本——为人民群众服务的制度创新。Chongqing innovative form of processing trade model of vertical integration has the characteristics of ＂machine and matching＂, ＂production and research and development＂, ＂processing and settlement＂, ＂base and headquarters＂, ＂laptop and related＂ and ＂manufacture and service＂ and other notable features, and has six aspects of innovation, namely the vertical integration that is organization mode innovation, constructing the international trade logistics channel that is the forefront of opening up innovation, ＂a declaration, a request, a clearance＂ that is bonded supervision and mode of innovation, the development of trade settlement and offshore finance that is financial innovation, ＂five low＂ cost development environment that is for the enterprise service concept innovation, and people-oriented that is to serve the people of institutional innovation.
