摘　　要：农民工的城市归属感是新型城镇化进程的重要标志和心理要件。构建川渝地区城镇化进程中务工农民归属感的系统模型的实证研究表明:年龄与农民进城务工期间的归属感呈显著负相关;受教育水平、进城务工期间的工作稳定程度、务工期间城镇总体满意程度等对农民的归属感有显著正向影响。增强农民工归属感应从提高新型城镇化的质量与水平、增强城镇化进程稳定性、打破城乡二元劳动力市场、提高农民工信息处理与评价能力和改善城镇务工农民的生活条件等方面着手。Sense of belonging to the city of migrant workers is an important symbol and psychological elements of the new farmers＇ urbanization process. The empirical research of constructing system model of rural migrate workers＇ sense of belonging to the cities, shows that the age is obviously negatively correlated with the sense of belonging of farmer＇s working in the city. But education levels, stabilities of jobs, overall satisfaction on work have significant positive impact on rural migrate workers＇ sense of belonging to the cities. Strengthening migrate workers＇ sense of belonging, needs to embark on enhancing the quality, level and stability of urbanization, braking the dual labor market of urban and rural, enhancing migrate workers＇ ability of receiving and handling information, and improving the living conditions of the rural migrate workers.
