摘 要:针对现有短程硝化/厌氧氨氧化组合工艺在实际运行过程中存在的控制模式固定等问题,提出了DO、pH值和氨氮联合控制的新型控制模式。采用短程硝化/厌氧氨氧化一体式SBR工艺处理污泥水,通过在线电极实时监测和PLC系统控制,初期以间歇曝气方式运行可实现SBR的快速启动,后期采用连续曝气方式,脱氮速率迅速提升。经过79 d的连续运行,平均脱氮速率可达0.60 kgN/(m3·d),对TN的去除率最高为95.1%。Since many problems, such as inflexible control pattern, affect the actual operation of the combined partial nitrification and ANAMMOX process, a new pattern for combined control of DO, pH and ammonia nitrogen was proposed. Based on the real-time monitoring of online electrodes, the com- bined partial nitrification and ANAMMOX process in one SBR was controlled by PLC system for treating sludge water. The results showed that intermittent aeration could accelerate SBR start-up and continuous aeration could increase the nitrogen removal rate rapidly after the start-up period. After 79 d of continu- ous operation, the average nitrogen removal rate was 0.60 kgN/( m3 . d) and the highest removal rate of TN was 95.1%.
