摘  要:柳黑毛蚜是危害园林植物最严重的害虫之一。选择18种植物挥发物,用Y型嗅觉仪对柳黑毛蚜进行行为测定,结果表明,柳黑毛蚜对青叶醇的选择达到极显著水平(p<0.01),对反-β-罗勒烯、芳樟醇、反-2-己烯醛、苯甲醛、顺-3-己烯乙酸酯的选择达到显著水平(p<0.05)。将这6种挥发物等比例混合,行为测定结果显示,柳黑毛蚜对混合组分具有极显著趋向性(p<0.01)。将这6种挥发物单组分及混合组分制成引诱剂,分别与素馨黄粘板组合,制成柳黑毛蚜诱捕器,于园林生态系统中试验,结果表明,6种挥发物单组分对柳黑毛蚜均表现出引诱活性,其中素馨黄粘虫板附加青叶醇(Z)-3-Hexenol的防治效果较为显著,2、6 d后的防效分别为46.65%、31.58%,而素馨黄粘虫板附加挥发物混合组分后的防治效果最为显著,2、6 d后的防效分别为53.50%、41.09%,达到了目前的生物防治水平。Chaitophorus salinigra is one of the most serious pests in gardens. Eighteen plant volatiles were selected as the source of flavor to test the aphid selectively behavioral responses with Y-olfactometer. The results showed that the aphid choice behavior of (Z)-3-Hexenol was very significant(p〈0.01), while (Z)-3-Hexenyl Acetate, (E)-2-Hexenal, Linalool, Benzaldehyde and (E)-β-Ocimene was significant(p 〈0.05). Mixed volatiles composed of (Z)-3-Hexenol, (Z)-3-Hexenyl Acetate, (E)-2-Hexenal, Linalool, Benzaldehyde and (E)-β-cimene with the same concentration revealed the aphid choice behavior was very significant (p〈0.01). The aphid traps using the 6 kinds of volatile components and the blend as the attractants, combined with the jasmine yellow glue board showed that jasmine yellow sticky board attached green leaf alcohol (Z)-3-Hexenol had more significant effect. Two days and 6 days later, the control effect was 46.65% and 31.58%, respectively, while jasmine yellow sticky board attached blend volatiles had the most significant effect. Two days and 6 days later, the control effect was 53.50% and 41.09%, respectively. The control efficacy was as good as other biological control ways:
