摘　　要：目的设计一种野外移动式血液透析用水处理装置,用于野战医院中的连续性血液净化治疗,提高战地和灾害现场救治水平。方法野外移动式水处理装置由前处理装置和微型增压水泵及反渗膜组成。结果处理后的水符合血液透析和相关治疗用水的规定,完全能够满足连续性血液净化治疗的需要。结论移动式水处理机的应用,使许多不宜搬动的野战危重病人得到及时的透析治疗,有效地维持了伤病员的生命体征,为伤病员生命抢救赢得有利的治疗时机。Objective To establish a kind of mobile water treatment device of hemodialysis for continuous blood purification treatment in the field hospital in order to improve the level of military battlefield treatment. Methods This device includes preprocessing unit, micro booster pump and reverse osmosis membrane. Resuffs The water after treatment can meet the requirements of hemodialysis and water treatment, and fully able to meet the needs of continuous blood purification treatment. Conclusion The mobile water treatment machines could timely treat critically ill patients so as to maintain vital signs and win a favorable rescuing time.
