摘　　要：目的探讨锁扣加压肋骨接骨板的设计与研究。方法采用医用镍钛合金制成弧形钢板、U型锁扣及加压螺栓,组合成锁扣加压肋骨接骨板。结果应用安全,固定可靠,安装及拆除简单、快速。结论该设计克服了其他内固定的不足,为肋骨骨折复位内固定提供了一种新方法,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the design and research of lock pressurizing rib bone plate. Methods Made arc plate, U-lock and pressure bolt with medical nickel titanium alloy, combined into lock pressurizing rib bone plate. Results It can be installed and removed easily, safely and reliably. Conclusion This complex design can overcome the shortage of the other internal fixation for rib fracture and provide a new method, worthy of promotion clinically.
