摘  要:目的设计并实现大屏幕液晶电视数字影像会诊教学系统,讨论其特点和应用价值。方法系统采用支持双显示屏图像处理工作站1台,60英寸大屏幕液晶电视1台,线对灰阶测试体模1个。软件使用医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)诊断报告工作站软件、三维图像重建工作站软件。通过PACS,在图像后处理工作站调取患者在放射学信息系统(RIS)、医院信息系统(HIS)上的信息及图像,显示在大屏幕液晶电视上。结果图像显示分辨率高、灰阶度好、无失真变形。结论大屏幕液晶电视可应用于数字影像会诊教学系统,其成本低廉、易于推广。Objective To design and realize the wide screen liquid crystal TV in digital radiology conference system, and discuss the character and application value of the system. Methods The following instruments were applied: One set of image processing workstation which supporting two screens, PACS diagnostic and report software, 3D image re-construct software, One set of 60" wide screen liquid crystal display television TV, and one measured card of line-pair and grey scale. The patient's information on RIS and images on PACS were fetched with PACS software and 3D reconstruct software based on Intranet and PACS. The resolution and grey scale of the image were measured. Results Words and images of the patient were demonstrated successfully on the wide screen liquid crystal display television, the resolution was high, the grey scale was good and the image was identical to the original. Conclusion Wide screen liquid crystal TV can be used in digital conference radiology system, which has the advantages of high-resolution, good grey scale, inexpensive cost and worthy to be popularized.
