摘　　要：对卷筒在热连轧生产线卷取机空载悬臂状态下产生垂头的现象做简要分析,对受卷筒自身重量、轴承座与轴承间隙、轴承径向游隙影响产生的悬垂量值进行计算,为评估卷筒装配质量提供参考数据。This paper analyzes the non-load sagging phenomenon of mandrel used in coiler of hot strip mill, calculates the dead weight of nmndrel, clearance between chock and bearing as well as the sagging value caused by the radial clearance of bearing, which provides the reference data for assessing the assembling quality of mandrel.
