山东省农户粮食生产资源利用效率路径分析

摘  要:通过Amos7软件,以450个粮农成本数据为基础,构建了包括4个潜变量、23个观测变量的结构方程模型,通过路径结构分析农户粮食生产资源利用效率的影响因素以及提升路径。分析表明,在资源规模→耕地环境→要素生产力→粮食安全的路径链条中,资源规模是起点,而耕地环境和要素生产力是核心中介,资源规模通过中介路径对粮食安全产生重要影响。政策启示:中央政府应进一步加大对粮食生产的直补力度,把有限的直补资金全部投向商品粮产区,提高直补效率,激励产粮大户,这不但会激励农户从事粮食生产、扩大生产规模和提高机械化水平,还会有利于耕地流转和集中以及剩余劳动力的转移,最终达到粮农收益最大化和保障国家粮食安全的目的。On the basis of 450 farmers' cost data,this article constructed a structural equation model which consists of 4 latent variables,and 23 observed variable by Amos7 software,analyzed the influencing factors and the promoting path of peasant household grain production resource utilization efficiency by path structure.Analysis shows that,in the path chain of resources scale,farmland environment,factor productivity and food security,the resource scale is the starting point,farmland environment and factor productivity is the intermediary core,resources scale have an important impact on food safety through the intermediary paths.Policy implications: the central government should further increase direct subsidies to grain production in the transition period,put the limited direct allowance fund all into the commodity grain producing areas,and improve the subsidies efficiency and incentive grain large family.This will not only motivate farmer to engage in grain production,to expand the production scale and improve the mechanization level,thus there will be helpful for farmland circulation and concentration and the transfer of surplus labor force,that will achieve the maximum profit of food producers and ensuring national food security finally.
