摘  要:温度控制的精度对精密工业产品的质量有着决定性的影响,而高精度的温度测量则是温度控制的前提;采用铂电阻PT1000作为温度传感器,与参考电阻串联后由恒流源驱动,较好解决了传感器引线电阻、自热效应问题;然后采集信号经过调理放大和24位A/D转换后,再通过单片机校正控制和噪声抵消算法进行处理,较好实现了测量误差和温漂的校准及噪声抵消,大大提高了温度测量的精确度和稳定度;实验结果表明,温度测量误差小于0.01℃,系统性能稳定。The accuracy of temperature control has a decisive influence on the quality of high--precision industrial products, and the high --precision temperature measurement is the premise. Platinum resistor PT1000, used as the temperature sensor, is in series with reference resistor and driven by constant--current source, which efficiently eliminates the effects of lead resistance and self--heating. After the signal is amplified, the A/D conversion is taken, and then the SCM calibration and noise cancellation algorithm are used, solving the problems of drift and noise and achieving better precision and stability. The experimental results show that the error of temperature measurement is less than 0. 01℃ and the system is stable.
