摘  要:针对我国人口老龄化、"空巢家庭"和大量伤残病人出现所带来的卫生护理问题,介绍了一种具备大小便自动护理功能的智能卫生护理器,并根据护理器的功能要求设计了其硬件和软件控制系统;控制硬件以Atmega128单片机为主控制器,包括功能模块、传感模块、电源模块和人机交互模块等;控制软件采用模块化设计思想,包括系统主程序、大小便处理子程序、干燥子程序等;实验结果表明当水泵PWM占空比为85%以上时,大小便能冲洗干净;气泵PWM占空比为50%时,具有较好的干燥效果;所设计的控制系统能满足智能卫生护理器大小便自动护理的应用要求。Aimed at the sanitation nursing problems of the aging of China' s population, "empty- nest family" and a large number of disabled patients, a kind of intelligent sanitation nursing instrument with ability of Excrement and Urine automatic processing was introduced According to the function of nursing instrument, the hardware and the software control system is designed. The main control hardware based on Atmega128 Single--Chip Microcomputer which includes functional module, sensor module, power module and human machine interac- tion module etc. Control software based on the idea of modular design which includes the main program, excrement and urine processing sub- program and the dr] subprogram etc. The experimental results show that when PWM duty cycle of the water pump is more than 85%, excre- ment and urine can be rinsed cleanly, and when PWM duty cycle of the air pump is 50%, it have good drying effect, the designed control sys- tem can meet the intelligent sanitation nursing instrument's automatic nursing requirements.
