摘  要:为了使高层建筑的供水系统更加智能化,提高使用效率,设计了一种故障自诊断的智能控制恒压供水系统;基于可编程逻辑控制器PLC(Program Logic Control,PLC),利用变频器输出电压的可调性,根据用户需水量的大小,能够实时的控制水泵的功率,从而可以控制水泵的输出流量;智能恒压供水系统改变了传统的水塔供水控制或阀门调节控制,为供水系统节省了能源,提高了使用效率;同时,系统还具有故障自诊断功能,提高了系统可靠性;实验结果表明,系统压力控制误差ΔP<0.002MPa,系统响应时间t<2s,系统控制精度高,响应速度快,满足用户使用要求。Inorder tomake water supply in a pile more intelligent and improve efficiency, design a kind of fault self--diagnosisintelligent control constant pressure water supply system. Basing the programmable Logic controller PLC (Program Logic Control), using the inverter to output voltage adjustability, according to the size of the user's water demand, the Real--time control of the pump power can be done, which can control the pump' s output flow. Intelligent constant pressure water supply system has changed the traditional water tower water supply control or valve adjustment control, which can save energy for water supply system and improve the efficiency. At the same time, the system also has the function of fault self--diagnosing and double closed loop control so that improve the system reliability. The experimental results show that, the governing error for system pressure AP〈0. 002 MPa, the system response time t〈2s, the system control accuracy is high, as well as the response speed, so that can meet operating requirement of users.
