摘  要:卫星电源变换器作为卫星电源转换系统的核心部件,在卫星电源系统中起着举足轻重的作用,需要对电源变换器的各项参数进行详细测试;传统的测试设备往往存在测试功能针对性太强、扩展性差以及测试人员操作繁琐、工作量大等缺点;文中提出了基于柔性测试的通用卫星电源变换器测试技术,阐述了其基本的测试原理以及具体软硬件实现方法,完成了在100V母线电压经DC/DC模块输出后的42V、28V电源功能及特性指标测试,设计的电阻负载模块可以分别提供5路共300W和3路共90W的负载,可扩展多型号电源变换器单板/整机的单项以及自动测试,并且可用于环境试验测试以及仿真测试,拥有通用性、扩展性强、功能全面、智能化程序高等特点。The satellite power voltage convertor has been important in satellite power system, which needs to be meas- ured according to its lots of parameters. The traditional test system has some disadvantages of high pertinence, bad compati- bility and too much working load. The general testing technology of satellite power voltage convertor is mentioned based on flexible testing technology. Its testing scheme and measurement is introduced including the hardware and software. The functions and indicators of 42V and 28V power modules are also tested in detail in the condition of 5 parallel connections for 300W, 3 parallel connections for 90W provided by the power resistors, which converted by the 100V bus. Single boards and combination are tested in "one step" and automatic methods, which can also be applied in environment and simulation condi- tions. This testing system has the advantages of generality, extensibility and intelligenee.
