摘　　要：在紫外光照射下,头孢拉定在pH4.3的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中可生成电活性产物。建立了用单扫描示波极谱法测定头孢拉定的新方法。其峰电流iP与头孢拉定在浓度0.5～4.5mg/L(r=0.999 2)范围内成线性关系,检测限为0.06mg/L。该法可用于头孢拉定胶囊中头孢拉定含量的测定。The degration of cephradine was carried out in pH=4.3 Britton-Robinson solution under ultraviolat for the generation of electroactive substance.A sensitive peak of cephradine was found by single-sweep oscillopolarography.The relationship between the peak current and the concentration of cephradine is linear in the range of 0.5~4.5mg/L（r=0.999 2） and the detection limit is 0.06mg/L.The method could be used to determine the content of Cephradine in the capsule.
