摘 要:利用水解池取代初沉池,实现初沉池功能的同时达到污泥减量并改善出水水质,以满足后续脱氮除磷对碳源的要求。实验结果表明:在进水水质不稳定的情况下,水解池对SS平均去除率为81.8%,高于初沉池60.8%的平均去除率,水解池可以更加有效地截留SS。水解池实现高SS去除率的同时,能够实现污泥减量,水解池的污泥水解率为50.60%。在实验规模条件下,与初沉池相比,污泥减量92.31 kg/d,并且水解池出水VFA浓度较初沉池出水提高30.89 mg/L,SCOD/COD比值提高19.9%,水解池可提高出水水质。The replacement of primary sedimentation tank with the hydrolysis tank was used not only to realize the function of the primary sedimentation tank,but also to reduce sludge and improve effluent quality,so as to meet the requirements of carbon source of the follow-up nitrogen and phosphorus removal.Experimental results show that,in the case of the influent water quality unstable,hydrolysis tank's average removal of SS is 81.8% which is higher than the primary sedimentation tank's average removal of SS as shown as 60.8%.The hydrolysis tank is proved more effective in retaining SS.Meanwhile,the hydrolysis tank is able to achieve sludge reduction and the hydrolytic rate of sludge is up to 50.60%.Under the condition of pilot scale,the hydrolysis tank can reduce sludge by 92.31 kg/d comparing with the primary sedimentation tank.Simultaneously,quality of efflueut can be improved by the hydrolysis tank,as VFA has been increased by 30.89 mg/L by the hydrolysis tank comparing with the primary sedimentation tank,as well as SCOD/COD ratio has been increased by 19.9%.
