摘 要:以8只安卡红公鸡和120只朝鲜母鹌鹑为研究对象,采用人工授精技术进行鸡(♂)与鹌鹑(♀)的属间杂交,探讨提高鸡与鹌鹑属间杂交受精率的输精方法,分析鸡与鹌鹑属间杂交中亲本母鹌鹑个体间的受精率是否存在差异以及其差异是否存在遗传性。结果显示,鸡与鹌鹑属间杂交的受精率以每天输精两次(9:00和21:00)、每次每只输精量0.020mL和输精深度1cm为最高(49.38%);鸡与鹌鹑属间杂交的杂交母本鹌鹑个体的受精率(0~97.45%)存在较大差异,而这种差异可能并不具有遗传性。The hybridization experiment was proceeded between eight Ankao cocks and 120 north Ko- rea female quails through the artificial insemination to explore the appropriate methods for improving the intergeneric hybridization rate and to analysis whether the fertility rate was different among female quail and the differences was inherited. The results (49.38%) was reached under the conditions of artificial 0.02 mL per time and depth 1 era. The fertility rate of t (0-97.45%) ,but these differences could not be inherit showed that the highest fertilization rate insemination twice per day(9:00 and 21:00), he female quail showed significant differences ed.
