摘  要:探求微量元素硒和钴对母獭兔繁殖性能和泌乳力的影响,提出繁殖母兔日粮中这两种微量元素的适宜添加量。将体况相同健康空怀母兔随机平均分组,每组10只,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组日粮中硒添加量分别为0.09、0.18和0.27mg/kg,Ⅰ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组日粮中钴添加量分别为0.5、1.0和1.5mg/kg。饲喂51d后,测定试验母兔受胎率、产仔数、产活仔数、出生窝质量、泌乳力等指标。随着硒添加量的增加,獭兔的繁殖性能及泌乳力各指标均有所提高,其中繁殖性能差异并不显著(P>0.05),泌乳力差异显著(P<0.05);低水平钴的添加有助于提高繁殖性能与泌乳力,但高水钴的添加使獭兔繁殖性能与泌乳力降低,但其差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在母兔繁殖性能和泌乳力方面,日粮中硒和钴的最优添加量分别为0.27mg/kg和1.0mg/kg。The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of trace elements selenium and cobalt on Rex rabbit reproductive performance and lactation and to give optimal reference amount of the elements for their food. The same body condition of health females were randomly divided into dif- ferent treatment groups,10 repetitions for each treatment group. The selenium amount added into the dietary of group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 0.09 mg/kg,0.18 mg/kg and 0.27 mg/kg,respectively. The cobalt amount added into the diets of group Ⅰ , Ⅳ and Ⅴ were 0. 5 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg and 1.5 mg/kg,respec- tively. After feeding for 51 days the female conception rate,litter size,number of born alive,birth lit- ter weight and lactation force were tested. With the increase in the amount of supplemental Se,Rex reproductive performance and lactation force are improved, the difference of reproductive performance is not significant (P〉0.05) ,the lactation force is significantly different (P〈0.05). Low level of co- balt supplement can improve the reproductive performance of lactating force, but high level of cobalt addition can decrease the reproductive performance and lactating force, but the difference was not sig- nificant (P〉 0.05). For improving the female reproductive performance and lactation,the optimal amount of dietary selenium and cobalt were 0.27 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg,respectively.
