摘  要:目的探讨脂氧素A4(LXA4)对内毒素休克大鼠生存率及血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-10、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠30只随机分成对照组(A组)、内毒素(LPS)休克组(B组)和LXA4干预组(C组),每组10只。观察大鼠存活时间,并检测各组血浆TNF-α、IL-10、MDA及SOD的水平。结果 LXA4干预能明显延长内毒素休克大鼠的存活时间;与A组比较,B组血清TNF-α、IL-10及MDA水平显著升高(P<0.01),SOD水平明显下降(P<0.01);C组血清TNF-α、MDA水平较B组显著降低(P<0.01),IL-10及SOD水平明显上升(P<0.01)。结论 LXA4可降低内毒素休克大鼠促炎细胞因子水平,促进抗炎细胞因子的产生,减轻细胞的脂质过氧化损伤。Objective:To investigate the effects of lipoxin A4 on survival time and inflammatory factors in rats subjected to endotoxic shock.Methods 30 male rats were selected and divided into three groups randomly(n= 10),control group(group A),lipopolysaccharide(LPS) group(group B),LPS+LXA4 group(group C).Changes of several plasma parameters which included tumor necrosis facts-a(TNF-a),IL-10,malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD),were measured,in addition,rat's survival time was observed.Results Rat's survival time of group C was longer than that of group B.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and MDA in group B were higher significantly than that in group A(P0.01),the activity of SOD in group B were lower significantly than that in group A(P0.01).Compared with group B,the serum levels of TNF-αand MDA in group C were decreased significantly(P0.01),and the level of IL-10 and SOD were increased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion Lipoxin A4 can decrease the levels of pro-inflammatory factors,increase the levels of anti-inflammatory factors and antagonize lipid peroxidation.
