摘  要:目的着重探讨回顾持续腰大池引流在防治高血压脑出血并发症中的作用。方法选择我院神经外科2010年12月至2012年11月收治的高血压脑出血并破入脑室及单纯脑室内出血患者,并对患者分为两组,行腰大池引流患者为治疗组,未行腰大池引流患者为对照组;定期复查脑CT观察脑室系统状况;结果持续腰大池引流能降低脑室内出血患者发生脑积水的几率;对预防脑积水形成有显著疗效;结论持续腰大池引流不仅能降低脑室内出血继发脑积水的几率,并能在一定条件下代替侧脑室钻孔引流治疗,降低并发症。Objective:this paper focuses on review with continuous drainage basin in the role of the prevention and control of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage complications.Methods:We chose patients of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage and break into the ventricle and simple intraventricular hemorrhage patients in our neurosurgery in December 2010 to November 2012,and divided them into two groups,patients with A large pool with drainage treatment were put in one treatment group and those without this kind of treatment were put in another group as a contrast;we performed a periodic review of brain CT and observed ventricle system status;Results:the continuous lumbar big pool drainage can reduce the chance of intraventricular hemorrhage in patients with hydrocephalus;The treatment is effectivefor preventing formation of hydrocephalus.Conclusion:continuous lumbar big pool drainage can not only reduce the risk of intraventricular hemorrhage secondary hydrocephalus,but also can take the place of lateral ventricle drilling drainage treatment under certain conditions so as to reduce complications.
