不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀对高胆固醇血症病人的有效性和安全性

摘　　要：目的比较瑞舒伐他汀10 mg与20 mg每天一次治疗高胆固醇血症病人的疗效和安全性。方法选择我院60例高胆固醇血症患者,随机分为A、B两组,A组30例,B组30例,在常规治疗的基础上,分别给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片10、20 mg,疗程均为4周。结果瑞舒伐他汀钙片(10,20 mg)治疗4周后,患者血清LDL-C显著降低;总胆固醇(TC)亦显著降低;HDL-C和TG无明显改变;比较两组间各指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀10 mg和20 mg均能快速降低高胆固醇血症病人的LDL-C,瑞舒伐他汀10 mg更为安全经济。Objective：Purpose.Comparing the efficacy and safety of treatment of hypercholesterolemia patients rosuvastatin statin 10mg and 20mg once a day.Methods：Choose our hospital 60 cases of patients with hypercholesterolemia were randomly divided into groups A,B,A group of 30 cases,B group of 30 patients,were given on the basis of conventional treatment,rosuvastatin calcium tablets 10,20 mg course of 4 weeks.Results：Rosuvastatin calcium（10,20 mg） after four weeks of treatment,the serum of patients with a significant reduction in LDL-C;significantly reduce total cholesterol（TC）;no significant changes in HDL-C and TG;groups there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions：Rosuvastatin the Ting 10mg and 20mg able to quickly reduce hypercholesterolemia patients,LDL-C,rosuvastatin statin 10mg more security and economy.
