摘　　要：从论述问题管理与图书馆危机预警的关系入手,构建基于问题视角的图书馆危机预警系统模型,包括问题信息获取子系统、问题信息分析子系统、问题预警子系统、问题改进子系统、预警经验子系统。该系统具有监管、警示及化解功能。By discussing the relationship between problem management and library crisis warning, the paper built library crisis warning system model based on the perspective of problem, including problem information access subsystem, problem information analysis subsystem, problem warning subsystem, problem improving subsystem and warning experience subsystem. Lastly, the paper elaborated the functions of the system： supervision, warning and defusing.
