摘　　要：本文从TCP和UDP协议的工作机制入手,分析了两种协议的优缺点,提出了一种基于UDP的安全可靠数据传输协议,称为Security Reliable UDP(SRUDP),并在文中详细阐述了该协议的设计思路及实现方法,最后对该协议的应用前景进行了展望。The article start from the working mechanism of TCP and UDP protocol, analyze the adva disadvantages of the two protocols, provides a reliable and secure data transmission protocol based on Security Reliable UDP （SRUDP）, and described the design idea of the protocol and realization method the end of the article the potential application of the agreement are discussed.
