摘　　要：在医师多点执业试点地区扩展至所有省份的背景下,对诸多试点地区医师多点执业的推进情况进行了总结,发现医师申请多点执业的积极性不高,总的局面依然没有打开。通过分析主要利益相关集团的态度倾向,探讨阻碍医师多点执业的体制因素,找出其中的关键,为下阶段多点执业的试点工作提供参考。Under the environment of the pilot of multi-spot practice was extending to all provinces,this article summarized the new progress of mainly pilot areas.It showed that most of physicians lack the motivation to apply multi-spot practice.Through the analysis of the main stakeholders＇ attitudes and the obstacle system factors in promoting physician multi-spot practice,the key point had been found out to give reference for the next phase pilot job.
