摘　　要：我国医院对JCI医院评审的兴趣越来越浓。JCI评审标准的先进性与有效性毋庸置疑,但我国医院对标准的理解存在严重偏差,过分欣赏细节,忽略了根本性的内容。我国医院与JCI标准的主要差距,在于不能正确处理医院与患者、医疗与收费、公益与效益的关系。美化医院是必要的,净化医院是基础。应该通过医改打开公立医院黑箱,清理整顿"三个过度",回归公益性。这需要长期的努力,马拉松不能用百米冲刺方式急于求成。JCI hospital accreditation standard is catching more and more attention in China.The effectiveness and advantages of JCI standard is no doubt,but there are serious misunderstandings in JCI standard in China which can be summarized as excessive highlighted on details but ignored the basic contents.The main gaps of hospital in China and JCI standard are the capacity on dealing with the relationships of hospital and patient,medical service and expense,public interest and benefit.Beauty hospital is necessary but the basic is to purify hospital.Public hospital should open the black box,rectify ＂three excess＂ to come back to public intersst.It needs longtime effort and can not rush forward.
