摘　　要：目的:建立可用于医疗服务市场化演进评价的指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法对相关领域政府官员和研究学者进行问卷调查,确定入选指标及其权重。结果:研究建立了包含3个维度13项指标的医疗服务市场化评价指标体系。三个维度分别是政府管制与市场开放程度、非公要素发展状况、公立机构自主权等。结论:研究构建了一套医疗服务市场化评价指标体系,评价体系中包含政策类主观判断指标和客观类定量指标,能够刻画中国医疗服务市场化程度的演变。To develop a monitoring and evaluation system on medical marketization.Methods：Delphi survey was employed on government officials and scholars in health policy and management fields to determine the candidate indicators and their weights.Results：A 3-dimension evaluation system of medical marketization,which included 13 indicators,was developed.The three dimensions included the followings：government control and market opening-up,non-public medical institution development situation and public institutions decision making power.Conclusions：A monitoring and evaluation system on medical marketization was developed in this study.It includes the policy orientated indicators and the objective measurable indicators.It could be used to reflect the development trend of medical marketization in China.
