摘　　要：国家医疗体制改革以及医药卫生新政策主张坚持公立医疗机构为主导,鼓励和引导民营医院健康发展,形成公立医院与非公有医院相互促进、共同发展的多元办医新格局。通过论述新疆地区民营医院发展特点,探讨民营医院和公立医院可行的合作模式,为民营医疗机构创造良好发展条件的同时也可以促进公立医院长足、稳定发展。Healthcare reform policy requires public hospital as the mainstay and allows private hospital healthy development to make a mechanism that public hospital and private hospital grow together and to shape a diversified ownership in constitution hospital system.Based on discussing the characters of private hospital development in Xinjiang,the feasible public private hospital partnership mode is analyzed to make good conditions for private hospital and public hospital healthy development.
