摘  要:通过固相合成NbS2及Se掺杂NbS2,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能量色散谱分别分析了样品中的相成分、微观形貌和元素成分;结果表明掺杂Se后NbS2由纳米长板纳米线混合状转变为形貌新颖、分布均匀、表面光滑的纳米六方薄片。采用UMT-2摩擦磨损试验机测试其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能,结果表明掺杂后的NbS2纳米六方片的摩擦性能远远好于掺杂前的NbS2。The NbS2 and Se-doped NbS2 nano-grains were prepared by solid phase synthesis. The impacts of the syn- thesis conditions on the nano-grains were evaluated. The microstructures of the NbS2 and Se-doped NbS2 nano-grains were characterized with X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the Se-doping strongly affects the morphologies of the nano-grains and its tribological property. For instance, the Se- doping tumed a mixture of NbS2 nano-wire and nano-ribbon into the smooth, uniformly distributed hexagonal nano-flakes on top of a layer of smaller nano-particles. When used as the lubricant additives in the test, the Se-doped NbSz was found to significantly outperform the pure NbS2 nano-grains.
