摘  要:为了提高铸件质量,针对覆盖剂对大型铸钢件疏松缩孔的影响,利用ProCAST软件分别对使用5种覆盖剂的72t钢锭进行模拟研究。结果表明:覆盖剂类型对疏松影响很小,但对缩孔影响较大。随着覆盖剂保温性变差,冒口中缩孔体积变大,钢液补缩能力变差,铸件内部越易产生缩孔。提高浇注速度可以减少铸件上部侧壁的疏松数量。In order to improve the quality of castings,due to the influence of coverings on shrinkage and porosity of large steel ingot,a 72 ton steel ingot using five different coverings is simulated respectively by ProCAST software.The results show that the covering type has small impact on shrinkage,but it has great impact on porosity.With the covering's heat-insulation property getting worse,the porosity volume in the riser is larger,the feeding ability of steel is poor,and it's more likely to generate the porosity in castings.Finally,the shrinkages on the upper side wall are lessened by increasing the filling rate.
