摘　　要：新形势下,高校做好大学生党建工作和思想政治教育工作,必须确保新发展党员的质量。本文以郑州大学新闻与传播学院实行大学生发展党员公开答辩机制为实例,对公开答辩制的实施思路、方法、成效、启示等进行剖析,尝试对高校党建工作长效机制的建立和党建工作新载体的开拓做出积极思考。In the new situation, the quality of new party members is the guarantee of college student party construction and ideo- logical and political education. Taking the open defense system in this school for an example, this paper further analyzes the imple- mentation idea, method, effect and enlightenment of this system, attempting to explore a long-term and effective system.
