摘　　要：本文介绍了 Video for Windows软件包中 AVICap窗口类提供的主要函数和功能 ,以及如何使用 AVICap窗口类进行视频捕捉 ,并给出了交通路口监控系统中视频捕捉的一个实例。This paper introduces the functions and main purpose of the window class AVICap in Video for Windows software packet,and how to implement video capture with Video for Windows software packet.At last,gives an example of video capture used in traffic monitoring and control systems.
