摘　　要：本文先分析了现存 AHP保序方法的局限性 ,并提出了 AHP两阶段法 ,化多准则评价为单准则评价 ,从而更好地避免了逆序问题。In this paper,the author analyses the reason why current method can not avoid rank reversal in AHP truly and points its limition.And then the author presents a new method which changes multiobject decision making to monoobject decision making.
