摘  要:2012年,世界经济艰难复苏,国际原油价格高位震荡,北美天然气价格大幅下跌。受此影响,埃克森美孚、BP、壳牌、雪佛龙和道达尔五大国际石油公司经营业绩普遍下滑,营业收入和净利润出现金融危机后首次双下降;同时油气产量继续下降,原油加工量和油品销量双下降,股市表现总体欠佳。面对复杂多变的政治经济环境,国际大石油公司及时调整发展策略:继续加大投资力度,同时调整资源战略,加强前沿勘探;以油气大项目为支柱,依托优势技术,构建以多样化为特征的下一代核心业务;坚持资产优化战略,持续调整重组,改善现有业务结构与布局;有选择性地发展下游业务,增强盈利能力。The world economy struggled to recover in 2012.Oil prices remained high and volatile, while natural gas prices in North America dropped sharply. For the first time after the 2008 financial crisis five global majors, namely ExxonMobil, BP, Shell, Chevron and Total, all reported lower revenues and profits. Oil and gas production, volume of crude oil processing and oil product sales declined. There was overall poor stock market performance, except in the US. To respond to the complicated and volatile environment, majors have made timely strategic adjustments: increasing investment, strengthening exploration, and building diversified core upstream businesses with big oil and gas projects as the pillar and technology advantage as the support; asset optimization by adjusted restructuring and by improvement to the existing business structure, while selectively increasing downstream operations and enhancing profitability.
