摘　　要：卫生部为配合推进医药卫生信息化建设,组织开展了以健康档案、电子病历和区域卫生信息平台为核心内容的一系列生信息标准研制及试点应用工作。为全面了解卫生信息标准在标准试点应用地区的应用现状,准确定位和深入分析存在问题,寻找适宜的解决方法,从而进一步指导卫生信息标准在全国范围内的推广应用,卫生部于2012年3月启动标准试点应用地区卫生信息标准实施应用情况的现状调查。主要介绍了卫生信息标准实施应用调查直报系统(以下简称标准直报系统)的架构、设计方案、业务流程,以及其应用和意义。The Ministry of Health in order to promote medical and health information construction, organized a series of developments of health information standards and launched an experimental application to health records, electronic medical records（EMR） and regional health information platform as the core contents, and they also hope to fully understand the health information standard＇ s application status in experimental areas, and also hope to accurately position and analysis the existing problems, and look for appropriate solutions to resolve them, above all, they want to guide the health information standard＇ s application in the nationwide later, thus, the Ministry of Health performed a survey of health information＇ s application status in experimental areas at March 2011. This paper mainly introduces the Report System of the Survey of the Application of Health Information Standards for Ministry of Health （we call it Report System of Standards for short）＇ s architecture, design, business process, and its application and significance.
