摘　　要：随着数据挖掘技术在医疗信息中的广泛应用,医疗工作者可通过监测病案首页信息来评价并持续改善医疗质量。以相关部门对医院行医规范和合理收费两方面的监管要求为背景,分析了医院如何通过信息系统实现住院病人医疗质量的监测,并与相关监管部门做接口实现数据上报的功能。在系统应用方面,医院应本着一切为病人的宗旨,在与监管部门、病人之间的关系中建立良性循环,共同构建健康、和谐的医疗环境。With the development of data mining technology in medical information, engineers try to evaluate and promote health quality continuously by monitoring medical records. This paper analyzes how to realize the monitoring on health quality for inpatients by information system, and makes interface with relevant departments to achieve the function of data reporting under the background of supervision on norms of medical practice and charges in hospital. In terms of system application, hospital should take the idea of everything for the patients, and establish a positive circle with supervision departments and patients, so as to build a health and balanced medical environment.
