摘　　要：按照卫生部推进公立医院改革,规范临床诊疗行为,提高医疗服务质量,控制不合理医疗费用的要求,临床路径管理模式依托医院信息化平台引入信息系统的推行和管理,探索信息系统对临床路径实施管理,以标准路径为引擎,建立实现从路径导入、路径执行与监控、变异分析、质量统计评估的管理功能。通过电子病历建立平台以满足功能的实现,逐步完善临床路径的实用性。According to the Ministry of health to promote the reform of public hospitals, to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment behavior, improve the quality of medical service, control unreasonable medical cost requirements, clinical pathway management mode based on the hospital information platform based on information system implementation and management, exploration information system to the implementation of the clinical pathway management, to the standard path for engine, built from a path into the path of execution, and monitoring, variation analysis, statistical quality assessment management function; through an electronic medical record to establish a platform to meet the function realization, and gradually improve the utility of clinical path.
