摘　　要：上海市松江区建设基于健康档案的区域卫生信息平台,发展了业务规则引擎技术,实现区域卫生信息平台与医院信息系统的整合共享,以及区域卫生业务一体化协同管理,能广泛应用于健康档案、疾病控制、疾病管理、临床决策等多种业务。Songjiang District of Shanghai established regional health information platform based-on health records, and it developed business rules engine, realized the integration and sharing of regional health information platform and hospital information system, completed the integrated collaborative management of regional health business, and can be extensively used in various businesses, including health records, disease control, disease management, clinical decision, etc.
