摘　　要：以基于SDH传输网络的视频会议系统为研究对象,介绍了国家突发公共卫生应急体系建设中远程视频会议系统的建设与部署,它从国家单位辐射至全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)以及新疆建设兵团,并延伸到地市级单位,实现了与卫生行政部门的互联互通,为重大疾病和突发公共卫生事件的应急协商提供了技术支持。Taking Remote Video Conference System which based on SDH Transmission network as the research object, this paper introduces the construction and deployment of Video Conference System in National public health emergency system, which covered 31 Provincial CDC and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, as well as Municipal CDC. It implements the interconnection and intercompatibility among health administrative departments, and provides technical support for emergency consultations for major diseases and emergent events of public health.
