China Unicom: Innovative Industry Application of Smart City — Safe City

摘　　要：智慧城市是以移动互联网、云计算、物联网等新一代信息技术为支撑，以宽带泛在互联网络和数据中心等基础设施为基础，以知识社会的创新和智能融合应用为主要内容的城市发展高级形态。在国家层面，智慧城市已经上升到国家战略高度，多部委都对智慧城市发展进行了深入研究，并制定了相关政策，来保障智慧城市的发展方向、资金投入及技术统一。Smart City is an advanced state of city development sup- ported by a new generation of information technology, in- volving technologies such as mobile Internet, cloud com- puting and the Internet of Things. Smart City is based on infrastructures such as broadband ubiquitous Internet and data centers, and its main concept is the innovation of a knowledge-based society and intelligent fusion application. At the national level, Smart City has been elevated to the level of a key national strategy. Many ministries and com- missions directly under the State Council of China have conducted extensive studies and formulated relevant policies to ensure the smooth development of Smart City, guarantee- ing its continuous funding and unified technique of imple- mentation.
