腹部超声在异位妊娠诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的：探究腹部超声在异位妊娠的诊断中应用价值。方法：对我院2009年2月~2010年2月之间收录的124例异位妊娠患者采取回顾性的方法分析腹部超声的诊断应用效果。结果：通过分析,其中相对稳定型的62例患者通过腹部超声的检查有52例患者确诊,确诊率为83.9%。而急诊型的62例患者通过腹部超声的检查有58例患者确诊,确诊率为93.5%。其余的患者通过此种方法未检测出。结论：腹部超声在异位妊娠的诊断中具有重要的应用价值,尤其对于急诊型的患者诊断具有重要的意义。Objective：To explore the value of abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods： Our hospital from February 2009 to February 2010 included 124 cases of ectopic pregnancy were taken retrospective analysis of the effect of abdominal ultrasound diagnostic applications.Results：The analysis,which is relatively stable 62 patients by abdominal ultrasound examination in 52 patients diagnosed diagnosis rate of 83.9%.The emergency 62 patients,58 patients were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound examination,diagnosis rate of 93.5%.The remaining patients not detected by this method.Conclusion： Abdominal ultrasound has important application value in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is of great significance,especially for patients with emergency-diagnosis.
