三叶草钢板和LPHP内固定法治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨三叶草钢板和LPHP内固定法治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:分析60例老年性肱骨近端骨折患者临床资料,依据治疗方法分为锁定钢板固定组和LPHP内固定组。结果:LPHP内固定组术后肘部屈伸受限程度和提携程度及临床疗效评价情况均优于三叶草钢板固定组,LPHP内固定组肩峰撞击征、固定松动或断裂、肱骨头坏死均低于三叶草钢板固定组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:LPHP内固定治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折患者临床症状改善明显,功能恢复良好,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective：To approach clinical curative effect of curing senile proximal humeral fracture by clover leaf and LPHP internal fixation.Methods：To analyze 60 cases clinical data of 60 cases senile proximal humeral fracture patients,which was to be divided into locking plate fixation group and LPHP fixation group.Results：The elbow flexion restriction degree and tixie degree、clinical efficacy evaluation of LPHP fixation group were better than clover plate fixation group,acromion impingement syndrome,fixation loosening or fracture,osteonecrosis of the humeral head of LPHP internal fixation were lower than clover plate fixation group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinlcal symptom of senile proximal humeral fracture by LPHP internal fixation were obviously,good functional recovery,fewer complications,which was to be used.
