异位妊娠在腹部超声和阴道超声诊断中的比较

摘　　要：目的:研究异位妊娠在不同检查方法的阳性率,主要研究的是阴道超声和腹部超声检查的对比,对其所得到了声像图进行比较,哪种检查方法临床诊断的阳性率更高一些。方法:我科室选择了2010年4月～2012年4月期间到我院就诊的120例异位妊娠患者,这些患者均经过手术证实为异位妊娠,对这120例患者分别进行腹部超声和阴道超声检查,查看其诊断异位妊娠的阳性率以及超声仪器所显示的声像图有何区别。结果:经过这两种超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断率分别为:经阴道超声检查异位妊娠的阳性者为116例,阳性率为96.7%;经腹部超声检查异位妊娠的阳性者为72例,阳性率为60.0%,这种方法检查结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过阴道超声检查异位妊娠图像显示的阳性率和经腹部超声检查异位妊娠相比较,前者阳性率明显高于后者,阴道超声声像图主要表现为:可见胚芽、附件包块、盆腔积液、宫内存在假孕囊以及原始血管搏动等,经过比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过比较我们得出经过阴道超声检查患者异位妊娠的阳性率高,对患者无伤害,是进行诊断的首选方法。Objective：To study of ectopic pregnancy in different inspection methods of positive rate,the main research is vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound contrast,the income to the ultrasonographic comparison,what kind of examination method of clinical diagnosis rate of some higher.Methods： I department choose the April 2010 to April 2012 to see a doctor during our of 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients,these patients were confirmed after surgery for ectopic pregnancy,to the 120 patients were abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound examination,check the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and the positive rate of ultrasonic instrument shows ultrasonographic have why to distinguish.Results：After the two of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were： vaginal ultrasound examination of ectopic pregnancy by for 116 cases,positive rate is 96.7%;A contrastenhanced abdominal ultrasound examination of ectopic pregnancy by for 72 cases,positive rate 60.0%,this kind of method test results compared with statistical significance difference（P0.05）.Through the vaginal ultrasound examination of ectopic pregnancy image display the positive rate and the abdominal ultrasound examination of ectopic pregnancy were compared,and the former is obviously higher than that of the positive rate of the latter,vaginal sonographic main show is： visible germ,accessory bag piece,pelvic effusion,palace exist pseudopregnancy capsule and original vascular pulsation,etc,through comparative differences have statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Through comparison we draw after vaginal ultrasound examination in patients with ectopic pregnancy positive rate high,the patients without damage,is the preferred method of diagnosis.
