虎力散胶囊外敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药虎力散胶囊外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效与安全性。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将64例KOA患者随机分为两组,即对照组(32例)和治疗组(32例),两组均给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服,在此基础上治疗组给予虎力散胶囊外敷,对照组给予扶他林乳剂外用,疗程4周,观察两组患者治疗前后症状及体征的变化。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者VAS评分和关节功能评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后临床疗效比较治疗组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论:虎力散胶囊外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎能明显减轻关节肿胀疼痛症状,改善关节功能,具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe efficacy and safety of the traditional Chinese medicine Hulisan Capsule on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：64 patients with KOA were randomly divided into two groups,namely control group（32 cases） and treatment group（32 cases）,two groups were treated with glucosamine sulfate capsule,on this basis,the treatment group was given Hulisan capsule for external application,the control group was given diclofenac emulsion for external application,the course of treatment was 4 weeks,to observe the changes of symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results：After 4 weeks treatment,VAS score and the score of joint function of two groups were significantly improved（P0.05） compared with those before treatment,and those of the treatment group were better than control group（P0.05）,the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group.No obvious adverse reactions were found during treatment.Conclusion：Hulisan Capsule can significantly reduce the joint swelling and pain,improve joint function,has a good clinical effect,and high security,is worthy of clinical application.
